SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. After being processed please allow 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for order to ship, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number in your email. Any orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day.
Our company's not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. Any questions regarding a damaged or lost package should be directed to your local USPS office. If you have not received any updates about your order after 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) please email us and we'll provide that information for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns can only be made within 10 days from delivery date. If the return is after 10 days, the packaged will be denied and you will receive it back.
Returns must include:
*WE WILL NOT ACCEPT WORN OR OPEN LASHES*
- Order number
-First and Last name
- Reason for return
- Current email address and phone number
You may take your items and your note to the shipping facility of your choice (USPS,UPS, FedEx, and etc.) and purchase a shipping label. You can reuse the original shipping packaging or use the shipping facilities packaging. We are not responsible for any shipping fees for return items. Please keep your receipt with the tracking information.
Once the company receives return item(s), within 3-5 business days you will receive store credit. (code expires after 2 weeks) Being that all sales are final we do not provide refunds.
